A different pricing schedule will apply About Carmine Zeccardi Carmine Zeccardi grew up in the San Fernando Valley, north of Los Angeles, California, where he was immersed in music. His mother, from Nashville, taught him at an early age to love country music. At 15, Carmine started a rock band while attending high school. During the Vietnam conflict, he used his musical talents to entertain troops.  He formed a band and played at NCO Clubs, while still fulfilling his military obligations. Carmine married his high-school sweetheart and has enjoyed many years serenading her. After years of working and raising his two sons, Carmine now has time to devote to his passion and joy of singing and entertaining.
